Once my Grandfather said to me ``The anger would take a person towards the path of ……“DANGER”.

and I Reacted exactly same way when I had not digest these heavy statements,

And that time I was most probably 15 years Old, and unable to understand these difficult statements. But I just listened to these statements carefully as my grandfather is older than me so for the sake of respect I just digest these heavy statements.

When I grown up my anger Level is increasing day by day along with my Age. Obviously Serious things happens with me like Family Issues, the favoritism in School Life, Low grades even I worked hard, I consider myself one of the topper student in my Whole Life and having a belief in myself, I secured top positions but seeing the students who had less interest in studies were also topped because of their parents source this will boiled my blood.

In all these situations I can’t control my anger even if I try I can’t .My mood swings and the anger is always suddenly showed up ,not tolerated enough.

Sharing my Story of Extreme Anger.

At the age of 16 I really wanted to buy a tablet from my own savings. We belonged to a brown family so my father prohibited me that I will not bring you any cell phone, after a lot of struggle, somehow managed my father to buy a tablet for me and that time I was feeling like my all wishes had fulfilled obviously he bought a tablet from my savings but saving money word seems so small as comparatively my happiness.

My Very First tab ( a very close to my heart)

One day some heartless tragedy happens to me just because of my extreme anger. I and my sister have a debate on a very Personal topic and we start beaten one another and I was in extreme anger and I broke my tablet which is very close to my heart ,after this loss my happiness vanished literally for a weeks and my dad scolds me a lot because of my Act that I did.

Somehow the “ANGER” Picture clears in my mind and from then on I try not do such things and always control my anger, deal with my problem calmly and identify possible solutions.

Signals of Anger:

→ Hurting someone physically or verbally just because of anger issues.

→ Feeling angry all the time without any reason.

→ Mood swings suddenly changed and converted to extreme anger and then target someone to hurt them.

HERE ARE THE SOME TIPS TO CALM YOURSELVES FROM ANGER.

  1. Think before you speak
  2. Once you’re calm, then express your anger. …
  3. Get some exercise.
  4. Identify possible solutions.
